How to identify product key for installed Microsoft Office 2021 and other versions.

You need to open CMD and run:

cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus

This will show you license information with partial product key (last 5 symbols) which is enough to identify the key.

For older versions of office try Office15, Office14 in the command above.
